We are pleased to announce that Bishop Foley Catholic has recently subscribed to a new school emergency notification system! The new service, One Call Now, will allow BFC to provide current families, staff and faculty with timely alerts via phone call, text message, and/or email. One Call Now will enhance our current communication methods, by ensuring you are informed quickly of unexpected school closures due to weather and other emergencies.
There is no cost to use this service. However, depending on your wireless plan, message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for more details.
A test of the alert system will be performed on Wednesday, December 6.
During this test, parents, guardians, staff and faculty will receive a phone call, text message, and email. At that time, they will have the option to opt out of receiving one or all of these methods. To opt out of the phone call, text message, and/or emails, please visit the Opt Out procedure. Please note that Foley highly recommends keeping at least one method active, so important school communication is not missed.
Questions about this new system can be directed to the Assistant Principal, Michael Madsen.
