Apply Now

Bishop Foley Catholic is pleased to offer admission to international students, and encourages you to share the experiences of secondary education and life in America. Bishop Foley values the rich diversity of cultural experience that international students bring to our institution.

We accept students for an F-1 student visa in the fall semester only. In order to be considered for international acceptance, a student must complete the application process by June 1.

Program Updates for the 2021-22 School Year

Bishop Foley Catholic will accept new F-1 international students for the upcoming 2021-2022 academic year. Please be advised that all incoming F-1 international students will only be admitted for full-time in-person instruction and are bound by existing federal regulations. International students cannot enter the U.S. under F-1 status to attend school online.

Furthermore, all international student acceptances will be conditional, with the understanding that, should Bishop Foley be required to modify our standard operation due to COVID-19 prior to the start of the 2021-22 academic year to that of online instruction, the international student will not be able to meet F-1 regulatory requirements for admission to the United States. Those students will have the option to defer their program’s start date to reflect the resumption of full-time in-person class attendance; this will also apply to students who are unable to travel to the U.S. due to travel bans or inability to obtain visas in a timely manner.

Please contact Admissions Director Trevor Tyle or International Student Coordinator Thea Augustyn if you have additional questions.

I-20 Form

Upon receipt of the tuition and fee payment, Bishop Foley Catholic will issue an I-20 form. The I-20 form is necessary for obtaining an F-1 student visa or for legal transfer from another institution in the United States. Students must present their passport, I-20 form, entry permit (I-94 card), health appraisal form, and English translated proof of insurance to Bishop Foley Catholic’s Registrar upon arrival at to be eligible for enrollment.

Refund Policy

Tuition will be refunded if the student is not accepted for enrollment, not approved for visa or withdraws their application within 30 days prior to the first day of school. The $250 application and registration fee are non-refundable upon the issuance of the I-20 form. The student or parent/guardian is responsible for mailing back the original I-20 before the tuition refund is made.
