Dress Down Fridays are back! Tomorrow is the FIRST $2.00 Dress Down Day to Benefit the Scholarship Fund, but is also the first "Every Friday Dress Down Day" opportunity for those who wish to participate! For $100, students may begin wearing appropriate dress down clothing every Friday. Students who pay or have already paid the $100 to participate in this opportunity will not need to bring in the $2 donation for tomorrow or for any upcoming dress-down days. Cash or check will be accepted in the main office for the $100 dress downs, or $2.00 will be collected in your 1st hour class for those dressing down tomorrow only. Please bring exact change…NO COINS ALLOWED! Participation for Dress Down Days is not mandatory and can be opted in at any time. Those not participating are required to be in regular uniform. See Mrs. Morris in the main office if you have any questions.

Interested in learning an art-making process such as drawing, ceramics, or animation? Or just need more time on an art project? Join us in Art Club, Tuesdays from 3-4pm in Room 128 with Mr. Hughes. A general interest meeting will be Tuesday, September 9th at 3pm in Room 128.

New recycling bins have been placed in the Cafeteria! It’s important to know the difference between returnables and recyclables. The Green bins are for returnables - such as pop bottles. Recyclables such as water and gatorade bottles go in the red bins. Please follow the labels on the bins and help us protect our environment by recycling!

Do you like to study with a friend? Do you like to get a jumpstart on homework, before leaving school? Do you wish you had someone to ask questions about school work? If you answered yes to ANY of these questions, then PASS is for you. PASS will be starting up on Monday, September 8th from 2:55-3:30 pm in the Media Center. NHS students will be there to provide support for you. All subject areas will be represented. Hope to see you there!

Sports Announcements for Thursday, September 4, 2025

Bishop Foley Cross Country is looking for more athletes to join both our girls and boys teams. If you like to run, if you like to compete, if you want to get better and improve your other athletic activities, come join the team. Please see Coach Lewis for more info.

Last night the United Ventures Swim and Dive team went and took on the Oxford Wildcats, dropping a close back and forth meet 99-83.

Avery Wood led the way with 1st place and a county cut in the 50 free, and 1st place with her state cut in the 100 Breaststroke, crushing her team and school record set last year by 3 seconds.

Captain Kate Swonder also took her county cut in the 100 butterfly finishing 1st and also took 2nd in the 200 Individual Medley

Good luck to the Girls Swim team, who compete tonight at Avondale at 6pm.

Additionally, Good luck to the Varsity Boys Soccer team, who play at Austin Catholic at 5:30pm.
