Attn Key Club members: the first meeting for Key Club will be on Tuesday, September 5th. Please note that the September 12th Key Club meeting is canceled.

Seniors, if you have not done so yet, please bring your completed retreat permission packet to the main office after announcements.

**ATTENTION FRESHMEN** - Student Council is in need of four dedicated student leaders to make an impact here at Bishop Foley and to the community as well. Students get to collaborate with other Student Council members to help share ideas and interests for school-wide activities such as Homecoming, Winter Wish Week, Catholic Schools Week, Venturelympics, dances, community projects, fundraising and many more! Think you would be a good fit? Applications will be available for pick up today in the main office until this Thursday. If you have any other questions regarding Student Council, please see Ms. Jagow in room 230!

There is a Music Dept. meeting today at 3 in the music room. All Band, Choir, and Music Ministry members are invited and encouraged to attend! Snacks and refreshments will be served. See you there!

There will be a brief meeting for all Performing Arts Scholarship recipients today, August 31 at 3:30 PM in Dr. Daniels’ room. Please see the email from Mr. Tyle sent out earlier this week for more information.

Culinary club is back and will have their first meeting Tuesday 9/5 at 3 PM in the Cafeteria/Kitchen. All are welcome but must sign up to attend. Scan the QU code outside of room 122 to sign up to attend. See Miss Hughes with any questions.

Dance Company begins Wednesday September 6, 3:30pm in the pit stage area. No experience necessary, anyone interested in dance is invited to come see what Dance Company is all about.

Hey you! Yes, you! Do you have a special skill that you don’t get to do often, like crocheting, knitting, or needlepoint? Are you interested in meeting with other crafters just like you? Join the Bishop Foley Craft Club! This club will meet every other Thursday starting next week Thursday September 7th in the Media Center. We welcome crafters of all sorts, staff or students, who want to learn a new craft, beginners who want to get better and advanced that want to hang out or teach! Come spend an afternoon relaxing and crafting with friends! Contact Anna Takach or Ayla Barnes with any questions or Ms. Horton and Mrs. Augustyn.

Congratulations to the girls field hockey team who won yesterday against Northville 3-0

Good luck to the swim and dive team who competes at Centerline at 5:30

Good luck to The varsity boys soccer team who play at Oakland Christian tonight at 4:30 in hopes of continuing their winning streak

Good luck to the volleyball program who travels to Orchard Lake St Marys for their first league game. Freshman and JV play at 5:30 and Varsity plays at 7:00

And Good luck to the football team who travels to Pershing High School, Game time is 5:00
