Band & Choir: Please remember, we are switching back to our regular rehearsal schedule starting this week. Choir Club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Band Club meets Wednesdays and Fridays.

The BFC Book Club date has been changed from Tuesday, October 31st to Wednesday, November 1st. We will be discussing the young adult novel THE WITCH OF BLACKBIRD POND by Elizabeth George Speare. If you didn't have a chance to read this book, feel free to share a suspense/thriller book that you've read! We'll meet from 2:55-3:30 in Lab 4 of the Media Center. All are welcome to attend!

Homework Help will take place in Lab 4 of the Media Center this afternoon from 2:55-3:00 pm. This is a great place to get a jump on your homework. Help is available for all subject areas. We look forward to seeing you there!

Attention ALL students! Due to a change in mass days for next week, Wednesday November 1 will be a perfect uniform day to celebrate the Solemnity of All saints, a holy day of obligation. Tuesday, October 31st will be a regular uniform day.

Our mental health topic this week is depression and stigmas around it. Everyone tends to feel sad, hopeless or “meh” sometimes and that is expected with all that's going on in our lives. But when those feelings stick around for a while, depression could be the cause. Millions of people of all ages and different lifestyles deal with depression. Remember to be kind to yourself and reach out to trusted friends and adults, like our counselors, if you are struggling.
