All student reminder: This Friday, December 8th is a $2.00 Dress Down Day to benefit the Scholarship Fund. We would like to encourage all students and staff to get into the holiday spirit, so we want to see your best holiday sweater this Friday!

Exact change only and no coins allowed! Money will be collected in your 1st hour class, if you are late that morning Ms. Szakacs will collect your $2 when you check in.

The mental health topic this week is test anxiety due to final exams coming up. Between 40-60% of students have significant test anxiety that interferes with their performance, so it is very common. The best thing to do when feeling anxious about a test is to space out and actively study, eat healthy food in advance, and get a good amount of sleep the night before. The BFC Mental Health Team wishes you all good luck on your exams, and make sure to stop by one of our posters for more tips.
