Special Message from Mental Health Team: With school, sports, and jobs, students tend to live by an everyday routine that is repetitive. Breaking routine is healthy - it can help you gain clarity and break bad habits. Try to do or read something interesting, disconnect for a few hours a day or seek out something new instead of just sticking to what you know.
