Special Message from Mental Health Team: Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person. Having empathy allows you to build social connections with others, promotes healthy behavior, and can even help you regulate your own emotions. It is important to have empathy towards others who are struggling so they know they have a support system behind them. The next time somebody is being rude to you, stop and think - maybe this guy is just having a bad day, and treat them with some patience and empathy. Look out for posters with tips on how to become more empathetic.

All students remember to donate canned goods to the Gleaners Food Drive from 7:15-7:45 am tomorrow and Friday morning!
