HEART OF FOLEY
Eric and Rebekah Kerkmaz have been dedicated members of the Foley community for many years as parents and tireless volunteers. With three children who have called BFC home — Arianna (’21), Elijah (’24), and Isaac (’26) — the Kerkmaz family has been deeply involved across campus, supporting Robotics, Athletics and the Performing Arts. Always generous with their time and talents, Eric and Rebekah are known for stepping in wherever help is needed. Eric has also served as a mentor to The Foley Freeze since 2018. Foley would not be the same without them!
DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI
Jim Krygier (BFC ’82) was a standout soccer player and highly involved student during his time at Foley. He later became one of the school’s most impactful individual fundraisers, raising significant funds to support student scholarships through his leadership with the Annual Alumni & Friends Golf Outing. In addition, he serves as an active member of the Alumni Board of Directors, where he contributes to strategic planning and alumni engagement initiatives. Jim can often be seen on campus enthusiastically supporting alumni and community events.
Over the years, the athletic coaches of BFC have played a vital role in shaping the school’s culture both on and off the field. Committed not only to competition, but to character, Foley coaches emphasize discipline, teamwork and integrity in every program. Through countless practices, games and seasons, they have mentored generations of Ventures, helping form them into confident leaders and strong individuals. Their impact extends far beyond athletics, leaving a lasting influence on the people our students become.
