On Saturday, the BFC forensics team competed in tournament number 4 at Mercy High School. Joscelyn Ryan earned 3rd place in Oral Interpretation of Literature. The competition was rigorous as only one point separated 2nd and 3rd places! Way to go Joscelyn! After two back-to-back competitions we have this coming week off as we prepare for the last regular tournament and national qualifiers on March 22nd and 29th respectively. After announcements, will all team members please report to Lab 4 of the media center for a brief meeting.

Friday, March 14th is the last day of the 3rd marking period. Perhaps you have some missing work or test corrections to complete, or you've got a test to prepare for, well PASS is an opportunity to get these things completed. Or if you just need to review materials in a non judgmental setting, PASS is for you too. PASS will take place in the media center from 2:55-3:30 pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

Are you still in need of service hours? We've got three opportunities coming up next week right here at BFC! This Wednesday we will be hosting 7th graders from St. Lawrence for another 5 Alive event. Student volunteers will be needed from 1- 3:15pm. Contact Mrs. Baumgartner for more information and to sign up. On Thursday & Friday, March 13 & 14, students are needed to help prepare for the Fall Open House. Please contact Mrs. Baumgartner ASAP if you are interested in helping with any of these opportunities.
