The Performing Arts Department will hold a brief, mandatory meeting at 1:20 PM today in the Music Room for all Performing Arts Scholarship recipients. All recipients are required to attend. We will be going over expectations for scholarship recipients for both new and returning students. Freshman recipients who have not yet turned in their signed Performing Arts Scholarship contract (attached in this email) should bring it to the meeting today. For more information, please contact Mrs. Lewalski or Dr. Daniels.

There is a Music Dept. meeting today from 1:30-2pm in the music room. All students interested in Band, Choir, or Music Ministry should plan to attend today's meeting for important information! Snacks and refreshments will be provided. We look forward to welcoming you!

Mark your calendars: music clubs start next week! All music clubs take place from 3-3:30 in the music room. Music Ministry meets on Mondays, Choir Club rehearses Tuesdays & Thursdays, and Band Club is on Wednesdays & Fridays. We're excited to welcome all new and current members. Please see Dr. Daniels if you have any questions.

Drama Club starts tomorrow! The drama club will have an informational meeting tomorrow from 1:30- 2:15 pm . We need people onstage, back stage, set builders, tech crew and more! If you have any interest in joining the drama club please stop by and learn what it is all about. Auditions for the fall plays are August 26. The meeting will take place in the stage/pit area and there will be snacks!

Do you enjoy reading for fun? Do you like to talk about what you've read for fun? Do you like to socialize? If you answered yes to these questions then the BFC Book Club is for you. We will be meeting before school tomorrow in Lab 4 of the Media Center at 7:30 am. During our time together, we'll be sharing some of our favorite summer reads and decide what book we will be reading for the month of September. All students AND staff are welcome to participate. Breakfast snacks will be served.
