Looking for service hours right here at BFC? Join us after school today to help clean up the school grounds before Safe Halloween & Open House! Students willing to help pick up trash around the school are invited to meet Mrs. Baumgartner in the Chapel after school at 3pm.

Speaking of Safe Halloween, here are the updated candy totals. Even though they didn’t bring any bags this morning, the Freshmen are still in the lead with 525 pieces of candy. Seniors are a close 2nd with 407 pieces, Juniors are not far behind at 221 pieces, and Sophomores…are you ok? Sophomore totals are still at ZERO! Tomorrow is the last day to bring in candy to earn those spirit points for your grade!

Do you want free Chick-fil-a for lunch this Friday? Talk with Ms. Baumgartner about attending lunch with a priest from the University of Notre Dame. He will be ordering Chick-fil-a and discussing some opportunities to grow in faith and explore vocation this summer.

Friday, October 24th the BFC Book Club will meet to discuss the graphic novel Freshman Year by Sarah Mai. Come join us for some lively discussion and breakfast treats. We're meeting in Lab 4 of the Media Center at 7:30 am. Even if you haven't read the book, you're welcome to join us. We will decide what to read for November at this meeting too.

The Fan Cave will be closed after school this Friday, October 24th, as we prepare for the Fall Open House. Please note that there will be few, if any, places to wait for a ride, as we will be setting up all over the school, so please plan accordingly. Unless you are assisting with Open House Set-Up, or participating in Safe Halloween, do not plan on being in the building after school on Friday.

Here is the weekly Mental Health Club announcement: Do you like to hang out with your friends? Plan some time with your friends and join us next Wednesday, October 29th for our Walk for Mental Health! We’ll be walking from 2 to 3 to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and to highlight our commitment to mental health. For a $20 donation you’ll get a dress down day on the day of the walk and earn spirit points for your class. Look for posters and more announcements throughout the week. Make a difference with your participation. Every voice counts.

Sports Announcements for Tuesday, October 21, 2025
