Special Message from Mental Health Team: Did you know that stress is sometimes a good thing? This is called eustress. It is a type of stress you feel when you're excited. For example, competing in a game or going on a first date can bring this on. You become motivated to perform well in the situation. Keep this in mind the next time you feel stress and turn it into eustress - it is a positive thing!

This is a friendly reminder that AP Exam payments are due to the Business Office by Friday, April 19th!
