Believe it or not, your environment can have a big impact on your mental health. Keeping your space clean and organized helps your brain feel less distracted, so you can focus on the tasks at hand. This also goes beyond the material objects in front of you. Surrounding yourself with good people also greatly improves how you react to the environment around you. So, if you're feeling stressed out or anxious about something, try tidying up your area, and/or surround yourself with positive people, to help your brain relax.

Don’t forget! Catholic Schools Week is a great time to give back to our community! Our Winter Goods Drive is happening now! It is your chance to win a donut party for your grade and spirit points. Current standing is Juniors in 1st place by a mile! 2nd is Seniors, 3rd is Freshmen and in last place…the Sophomores.
