Special message from Mental Health Club: Everyone at some point in their lives will be forced to cope with something difficult. Whether it’s stress, tough situations, or traumas, everyone goes through tough times. It is important to utilize healthy coping mechanisms because unhealthy coping can lead to bigger mental health problems. Something that people should remember is that change is inevitable, and we must accept it as a part of life. Taking a walk, speaking to someone about your challenges, spending some time alone, or even journaling can go a long way toward using health coping strategies.
