Here is a weekly message from the Mental Health Club. This month, the Bishop Foley Mental Health Club is highlighting bullying prevention. Bullying impacts mental health in consequential ways. It can lead to loneliness, low self-esteem, anxiety, and even trouble sleeping, which makes it harder for students to feel safe and supported. Four key ways that we can all help prevent bullying is by showing empathy to others, communicating with kindness and respect, speaking up when something is wrong, and being a positive role model for others. Kindness helps create a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone. Choose to be a friend. Choose to stand up. Choose to make a difference.
