We are a tight family team, sharing in our successes and our failures, our joy and our sadness, our victories and our defeats. We are one family and what is felt by one is experienced by all. We cultivate the skills of athletics, teamwork, problem-solving, and working together to not only grow you as an athlete but as a person. We believe in you and believe we can help you find the best you that you can be.
Coach Profile
Coach Butka has 14 years of coaching experince with BFC Swim and Dive, growing the program to add Shrine High School and the Academy of Sacred Heart as part of our family. Coach Bailey has 1 year of dive coaching, was #7 NCAA D1 Diver at Clemson University.
